Discounted rooms are available for the conference at the rate of $149/night + taxes.

Update: As of April 2022, there are very limited rooms available as the hotel is almost completely booked. If you are unable to find a room using our room block, there are numerous other hotels within the area.

The hotel parking garage is located right next to the conference area, on the same loop as the hotel entrance and conference entrance. We worked out a deal with the hotel – $12/day parking for overnight and $6/day for a day pass! To get the reduced day rate, take your parking ticket to the hotel desk, along with $6 payment and they will validate the ticket. This has to be done at the hotel front desk. The parking garage attendants and automated payment boxes will not offer the reduced rate. If you are staying at the hotel, make sure you get the reduced rate charged to your room. Garage clearance is 6’6″.

The Sheraton includes a coffee shop, restaurant and bar between the conference area and the hotel lobby. The hotel is across the street from the Towson Town Center, which contains many restaurant, bar, and shopping options.
